i think you're trying to say, "i don't know if i like you, but i can't give up on you" or something...what you typed is direct translation 如果= if...BUT it doesnt make sense in your case
i THINK it should be 我不知道我是不是真的喜歡你 or 我不知道我是否真的喜歡你? correct me if i'm wrong
