depends on what you need...
Alot of the sheffield and sons have tobacco (nahkla, and some stuff called Taru) and coal(taru). i can say the one in semiahmoo mall has it.
Someone also pointed out in a previous thread that the mall at 72nd and 152nd (<<i think) has stuff. check out some Halal shops.

Anybody help me with this....I heard two places (alburz shop @ the stripmall across from crystal mall..the one w/ the safeway carries Al fakher tobacco.)...
as well...Jasmine Halal Meats & Mediterranean Foods (at Main and 27th) also carries it....if so, how much for a 50g box? expensive i bet.

--ive been ordering my tobacco from US...and its something everyone should do...its so much cheaper and you get the best stuff...
Havent tried too much fantasia or tangiers...but id say get some Al fakher, and do some mixes #1 is Rose/mint...also try Grape/mint. I found starbuzz to be alright as well..."blue mist"...tried some other flavors, wasn't really getting that strong of taste tho...
