How do you like the jump from Conductor to Engineer? (besides the pay increase
) Since it requires you to be away from home a bit more?
Anything else you'd be willing to share would be cool. You're the first Engineer I've been able to talk to.
I've been debating back and forth about applying to be a Conductor (with the intent to become an Engineer at some point) but the weird hours, and not really knowing when you'll be working next is a bit of a worry (espically with a stupid mortgage
