The blad guy is Carl. He is AWSOME!
This guy know's his stuff. I continue to buy my supplements locally rather then all online even though it's cheaper because of the knowledge that Carl has about training/diet/supplements.
Highly recommend anyone starting out in taking supplements to vist Popeye's in Richmond out, Carl along with another guy i think his name was T.J (or something) is a great help!
