Personally, I would suggest ditching the Cressida while you can. Like I said, they are a dying breed of cars and my dad is having a hard time finding a used AFM for his current Cressida. The parts are slowly disapparing from the Toyota parts catalogue and if they are available, they are expensive. They're good cars but...they only last so long. Sell it to a fanboy while you can and while the fad is still hot. I'm trying to convince my dad to sell his Cressida but he wants to drive it to the ground.
Turning the Cressida into a drift car is...well...not practical, both from a monetary and practical standpoint. Some people can do it because they like it but I don't think that's what you're looking for.
The 325e (I hope you know the difference) can be found but I think a lot of people hold on to them. If you are serious about looking for an E30, check out BCBimmers.com for some ads and of course, Craigslist. Don't forget to look on Craigslist Victoria. There can be some real mint E30s that pop up for sale now and then.
