Just cut the heads off and toss them on (leave the heads on if u want) no need to boil them first since they cook so fast and boiling them would over cook them.
Normally with them I make a garlic butter mix and toss in the franks hot sauce. Get a loaf of french bread as well and dip it in the sause. It's so so good
