I would suggest to try it out. The cost of the burger is reasonable but the additional sides like drinks/shakes and fries add up rather quickly.
One thing I found interesting though is they don't have onions on their burgers.
But regardless, it's one of those places in which you either love or hate, much like In'n'Out Burger where some people instantly disliked it or liked it. In the end, taste is subjective but how one perceives it as good or bad is another thing.
