Weightlifting and Powerlifting. My background was in boxing however, not really correlated in any way. My first love is Weightlifting though, since its an olympic sport and I am trying to qualify for the next commonwealth games. Right now, I'm competing in PL. I made a promise to my coach that I'd reach nationals. The bench press is holding me back- since I never really benched before.

At the moment, I'm concentrating on PL. Fuckin around with the 5-3-1 Wendler program but I prefer the conjugate method. If I can total 1152 by the Western Canadian's, i'll be happy.

One day, I will try BB. Just don't have enough discipline when it comes to diet.
