weird, if hand tightening the lug nuts and it's loose, it should fall off one by one, then you'll notice vibration and knocking. Had that happen to me once
, didn't remember how it happened, but I pulled over and tighten the remaining 3/5, and went home to fill the other 2 and torqued them...
