It's very sad to win. It's true.

When you win 40 million, you buy your family a home and they think, wow, you're so cheap, you won 40 million and all you can do is just buy me a house?
Your friends would be like, wow, you just won 40 million and you won't even pay for my meals?
You girlfriend / wife starts to think, damn, 40 million and you're not giving me half of it, I'm your wife.
Your wife and kids starts to think, wow, you're won all this month and we have to still work?

I'm not talking about 40 million, even at 4 million, people think of the same thing. This is the number of issues that comes AFTER you win. You start to isolate yourself and you soon realize how lonely you are and you have no one to trust. Your internal mindset keeps thinking, wow, are they trying to be friends with me for my money.

You'll start spiraling and soon have to move away.

Long story short, this came from a friend, he wanted me to see a movie and he took me to the movies and bought me porn (we were young and printed porn was still in fashion) and it was just nice for him to do what he did. He didn't tell me how much he won but he did tell me when he paid for my movie ticket.
