Was driving on Marine Drive Headed onto Knight Street Bridge back to Richmond when it started pouring.

Everybody was doing 50 km/h except for this one idiot in a Volkswagen who decided to weave in and out of traffic to cut me off and 3 other cars ahead of me.

Hope he crashes.
