Maybe try xpand, when I first took it I would always feel a bit of an energy boost. But caffeinated pre-workout supps are definitely way better imo.
I feel a huge difference between xpand and 1MR

Take a look at some bodybuilding competitors on competition day, and compare them to 5 days prior. They'll be like 20-30 lbs lighter, but I bet you'd think they look bigger!
