so im sort of toying with the idea of taking training to the next level or at least a different level. but i dont really know how to get there.

i dont know if i want to start focussing on sport training (i play soccer) and kickboxing, or go hard in the gym.

ive been in the gym for 4 years. the first 2 years were pretty half assed with lots of long breaks so i dont really count them. its been a honest 20 months of heavy lifting and proper training and eating. i havent missed more than 4 days in a row in that time. and im usually in the gym 4 days a week. ive put on about 30lbs since i started. and about 15lbs in the last year and a half. im a naturally skinny kid.

im 27 in november. 5' 11.5 and 182-186lbs. i usually have a 6 pack showing unless im bloated, but i could probably lose a couple lbs. i could post pics i suppose...

id like to be a honest cut 190lbs by next summer.

eating more and lifting heavier arent exactly the answer because i eat a rediculous amount and lift fucking heavy. and i usually keep the intensity up too

i guess i will see what happens this fall. i usually lose weight/size over the summer as 10 hour days in 35* heat take alot out of me. and i usually end up putting on 5-10lbs of real solid mass in the fall. its sort of like all the working out i do in the summer catches up in the fall and i get a growth spurt.

the key to it will be that i have to keep the training enjoyable. i absolutely love my routine right now and i look forward to the gym everyday (except this week).
