My 2nd gym day of this 'cycle' is today, but I am contemplating putting it off until tomorrow. I am still sore as fuck, and didn't get much sleep because of it...
Oh well, I guess I'll tough through it, it's the first week anyway, only 3 lifts.
What sucks is that it takes 90 minutes of travel back and forth to do my 40-50 minute workout
I am a commuter now!
