I'll say it once. That was not Willie's fault. It was AV's retarded defensive coaching strategy with the lead. It was bound to happen to any player because sitting back on a team with such firepower is completely unheard of. He didn't try anything fancy and simply chipped the puck of the boards and unfortunately it didn't get past the Hawk D-man.

If we're gonna talk about Willie, why don't we talk about his goal line puck save that changed the outcome of the series or the time he was on the PK and took a shot to the face and the leg and STILL continued while hobbling?

Willie is a tough, physical, reliable, stay-at-home defenseman with a long stick and any team with him on it would benefit. Willie will definitely do well in LA and he will be missed in Vancouver.
