IMO you should lower the cals to 1400 and hit the gym really hard, 5-6 reps each exercise to try and maintain whatever muscle mass you still have while loosing weight. do HIIT 3x a week. this is what I have been doing for the past 3 months and its working. keep proteins at 1 to 1lb, drop cals from carb sources.
