So why should we tip in this real world?
Everyone is doing their job and they are getting paid.
Why do we tip bellboys? Why do we tip servers? Why do we tip a pizza boy bringing over the pizza? Why do we tip Valet?
What you have said does not make sense, if they get paid you dont need to tip?
Then whats the point of having "tip" in the first place?
