it's not that hard to clean bulk. just be eating big meals at least every 2 hours of protein, veggies and fats.

whole eggs, oatmeal, fowl, fish, beef, pork, nuts(lotsa nuts throughout the day will give you a lot of energy and plenty of good calories), legumes, dairy, fruit, veggies, yams, sweet potatos.

also do higher intensity and lower volume in your workouts. i also hope you're not doing excessive aerobic exercise.


try that for 1 month.













if you're still a pussy that can't eat much. try this 1000 calorie shake.

1 cup of milk ~150 calories
1 scoop of whey protein ~150 calories
1 cup of rolled oats ~ 300 calories
1 large banana ~150 calories
3 tablespoons of peanut butter(almond butter, whatever you want as long as the only ingredients are nuts and salt) ~ 300 calories

blend it all and add ice cubes until it's thin enough to your liking. if you have some virgin coconut oil, throw some in there too. 120 extra calories in each tablespoon.

way better than any weight gainer garbage.


if you're really really lazy, buy a jug of extra virgin olive oil and virgin coconut oil and eat that and drink that throughout the day. 300 calories in a shot glass full of olive oil.


honestly, i would do the whole food approach because you get your stomach used to eating more food.
