This is one thing I hate about Canucks development. I understand they want there players to develop at the junior and AHL levels and not bring them up to soon but they seem to error on the side of caution to often. If there hurt they cannot play obviously but give them an opportunity to prove themselves even if it means leaving them up after a bunch of shitty performances. I also realize if they play a certain amount of games up then the year counts as a full year and you lose a year of eligibility but they still need to take that risk more often IMO.
