yes, it should. I had problem setting it up at first.... but once working, it's all good.

Yes, multiple devices are ok. I have iPhone4 tethering enabled from network settings (not sure if that's available in iPad with 3.2.1?) it will ask to turn on BT or USB. I choose BT and that's it.

From my iPad (3.2) and iPod (4.0), I purchased itether once and installed on both. whenever I need data, I only need to turn on itether, no need to do anything on iPhone.

mywi works ok with iPhone4, but it will crash if i used cracked one.
mywi aso needs to be turn on on iPhone4 when you need to use it. you wont leave it on all the time as it drains power quickly too.
It also works with PC (iPhone tethering over BT PN).

I use my iPad way more than my 11" laptop now. typing on iPad is much easier than I thought it would be and I replied most of my mail on my iPad.

I used to hate "i" products especially for the iTune video conversion. But Oplayer or many other players does divx just fine now.

The only problem is, I can't show my iPad around kids in family days on the weekend since every kid is asking me "may I play games on your iPad, please?" and I will be instantly "iPad-less". lol.
