telus doesn't enforce their own limits anyways though, and you can get 15mbit through them. Only time I've gotten an email about my bandwidth for the month was when i was 250% over my limit.
Teksavvy isn't really worth bothering with unless you want to get multiple lines and bond them together for higher upload. Or if you don't have a home phone, i think i remember someone saying teksavvy is a good deal if you need a dry run.
