since today is my off day for lifting the week, i think im going to do some more of this cardio bullshit (for the second time this week)
gonna head back to the stadium and do something like run 2 laps, then 3 sets of stair sprints, then a lap, then 3 sets of stair sprints, then a lap, then stairs, and repeat until i cant do it anymore.
