If this guy is arrogant enough to post a video of his kid rolling around on 20's for everyone to see,I have a good feeling the OP will not be seeing his money again....ever.
Don't bother with a lawyer,he/she won't get your money back,all they will do is take more money from you with you having nothing to show for it in the end,the law will not help people like you in your situation,I would spend the money and hire a "debt collector".
