I told him I've been doing that for the last month to him and his fiance and it got me nowhere.
Supposedly there is this attorney that owns this mystical ISF that was impossible to schedule a meeting with, even though supposedly this deal was sealed before he flew down. He supposedly paid this imaginary guy last weekend and was waiting for funds to clear. He said he would call his own bank to see. I said it was a cashier's check, the funds were gone as soon as they handed you the check (if there was ever a check at all). So he said he would call the guy and see if the funds cleared there yet. I said they cleared immediately, the bank probably put a 5 day hold on the funds. So by tomorrow he will have no more excuses.
He and his fiance disregarded any deadlines I gave them. They refuse to answer me when I ask for a refund. He never answers his phone that's why I have to text. He says he will call and never does. I ignore my wife and kids saying I'm expecting an important phone call and he totally blows me off.
He is supposed to email me real proof tonight and call me but I'm not going to hold my breath.
I private messaged his fiance's brother Nakhon Romeo aka Laos Romeo on Facebook as well asking if he could see what is going on since it says he works at the shop and gets cars for people too. He never responded but told Anthony about it and they had a laugh about it together.
Well if he is legit like he says he is then I can leave this thread open and in the end I can say he came through. He has a week to deliver or shyts gonna get real.
I really want to give him the benefit of the doubt but sending me fake pictures of the car, twice? C'mon. I keep telling him I don't want pics of the car I want name and number of this imaginary lawyer and a VIN since the VIN on the contract isn't even the VIN of the car he supposedly paid for (with my money).
I've told him what a financial bind he has put me in and he says he understands but I don't think he really cares.
