As some of the previous people have posted, it really depends on YOU, your workout and your goal. But keep in mind, don't go off having a 5 minute break between sets. As I see this a lot at my gym when people like to chat away with and take 25+ minutes on a bench press, etc.

Well actually... if you want the most increase in strength gains, you'll wait 5 minutes between sets.
