Yah, I buy the bills off of her at face value. But its worked out good so far. Got a couple $1000 so far and a bunch of other old ones. It seems with the recession, people are having to cash in their collections for this and that.
Sucks about the collection change dude. I have my buddies trained to go through their change and get any interesting coins that I go through after and trade straight across for what they are worth. That or i Just raid their change jars. Its entertaining for them at times, and always make sure to pay them exactly what i find.
