I agree with you here. But I just did laser eye surgery not too long ago and am not cleared to go back to muay thai yet. Therefore I decided to do the Insanity program and am about 4 weeks in.

For me, I don't care so much about losing/gaining weight or becoming ripped, I just want to maintain my power, endurance and explosiveness. The plyometrics in Insanity seemed the closest to the plyo's I was already doing in class
