It's also possible to get custom tips for your current IEMs if you want a cheaper solution to isolation.

Consumer Electronics downtown has a decent selection of certain brands (I don't think they have AKG, but they have Senn, Beyer, Grado, Ultrasone, and more). HiFi Centre, also downtown, carries the high-end stuff too, but I haven't been there yet. I've also heard that they have large markups.
