i use to work @ Cats social house (renamed from Cats meow)
that place has pretty decent food and the majority of it is like<25$
but yeah, what all those guys said.. <20 doesnt leave you with alot of choices in DOWNTOWN especially :/ Try cats social house, you'll like it

ps: pad thai is pretty tasty there
