She cancelled my data option for now, write a note on my acct that says that I will buy the plan and cancel it after and revert to my old one.
Guy tells my mom that he won't sell it to my mom if they're not going to make any money off of it, and that his manager/boss? would yell at him. Fucking pissed that the guy plays my mom like that.
I call back to fido and explained what happened and I said to them that "it appears that fido doesn't want my business" and he tells me next time anyone tries to pull this on me just pick up their phone and call them and they will deal with the dealer. Fido understands that they would rather not have me get a data plan then lose a 10 yr customer with 4 lines, Selfish fucking azn store disagrees.

They can technically refuse to sell something to you but that's not a smart move on their part.
