Which shures are you comparing them to? I tried a pair of 115s and honestly, they were no better than the stock apple buds. I'm sure the 535s would destroy the beats but then again, they cost $500++ so, apples and oranges. One thing thou, did you buy them from eBay? From my research, it seems like there are tons of knock-offs that look pretty real.
