theres COPS ALWAYS THERE!!!! in the evening at the gas station on kingsway/victoria.... ALWAYS ... like once it gets dark.. parked in the parking lot

your telling me the one time their not usually there and someone gets shot? SERIOUSLY?

reminds me of the time a few years back where the bank around there got robbed and noone was there to respond quick enough.. WTF
