Picked up some ZMA. Never taken it. It tells me to intake before bed and best without calcium. Only problem is I take Casein just before bed as well. Hmm what to do?

take the zma one hour b4 u go to bed then when u r in bed take the casein, this way the zma has soaked in. i do it all the time and works like wonders
