ive played hockey for like 10 years but my knees cant handle the leagues i played in anymore, hockey was better cardio than any HIIT i do in the gym, but even now my knees are holding me back
my diet starting monday is basically going to be Atkins, high protein, 20g of carbs induction phase for as long as i can last
a couple years ago using an ECA stack i went from 220 to 185 in 1.5 months, felt way better but got lazy and over the next 2 years put back on the weight, so if anything i'm looking to build lean muscle and get down to those numbers then work around that, my upper body and lower body is actually fairly tone, its just over-eating and drinking thats given me a gut, so trying to get rid of the gut to a manageble level lol
