no i don't think it will. the non adjustable proclip (which the one for bumper is) is extremely form fitting. There is another model with swivel + adjustment that should fit fine.
For the record i'm still using my adjustable proclip mount for the 3g, It fits nicely for both the griffin reveal etch and incipio feather that I've try, and i'm sure it will fit many other ip4 cases too.
The full proclip is expensive, but once u brought the kit you only need to buy the phone mount every time you change phone (or if you are like me and stay with the same product line you might not even need to). I've yet to find any other in car mount that provides that oem look without going custom.
It might be a problem if you switch cars frequently or need a mount that can be use in multiple cars at the same time.
