Weighted hyperextensions. Not sure if a weighted vest is common in commercial gyms though. And if you have access to a cambered bar, good mornings. The bigger diameter of the cambered bar barbell does not require you to hold on to the barbell as you normally would. OR, even better, safety squat bar.
I actually prefer the cambered bar for Good mornings regardless. Doesn't roll up on your neck as much and you can load up the plates.
