Wow I never thought to plugging it directly into the wall.

I tried it and I get perfect picture.

So it seems it's the splitter than is causing all the trouble.

This is my set up.

Cable goes form the wall to the splitter.
From the splitter there are 3 cables that go to 3 different TV's. One SD box, one HD box, and one HD PVR box.

So do you have a recommendation on a good splitter to buy and where abouts?
