I was stuck with my shoulder press weight for a very long time. Try lowering the weight and going for 15 reps for a couple of weeks make the shoulders really burn. then come back and try for more weight at 4-6 reps. (worked for me not sure if it'll do the same for you)

then again i'm the one with the fucked shoulder right now lol I work out shoulders before bi/tri.
