I just assembled a new system and during the installation of W7, the screen went blank, and after a few minutes, the computer shut off and wouldn't turn back on. (NO power, no light, no beep, no boot)

I tried unpluggin everything and resetting all the cables, but same thing.
My first thought is obviously the PSU.

However, I did the paper clip test and the PSU turns on. (http://www.ocztechnologyforum.com/fo...power-supplies)

If the PSU turns on with the paper clip test, does that mean the PSU is NOT faulty?
But if the PSU is not the fault, what else could cause the system to not boot with no power and no light??

This is the comp spec:
Phenom X4 965
MSI 870-GA
Patriot 4GB
WD 640GB Black
EVGA GTX 460 (btw, the card has TWO 6 pin power input, do I need to plug in both or just 1 is fine?)
PSU: OCZ 550 Fatality modular.
