Hey, i met the foreman of the n-van volvo about 10 years ago at my ex's friend's friend wedding. We were happened to be seated at the same table and when we found out we were both tech's at dealerships, naturally we ended up talking shop.
What really impressed me was when I said my brother in-law brings his volvo to that dealer, i described the car, 95 black 850 turbo sedan, he sat back thought for a second then blurbed out my bros inlaw's name. I thought wow! you're good.
can't remember the foremans name though and not even sure if he's there anymore.
This november marks my official 20 year at the same honda dealer.
