But when you got players running up on the ref complaining and yelling and swearing I think that's bullshit and beyond the line, and it just doesnt look good to little kids watching the game on TV.
I can't stand seeing Kobe drive the ball miss his layup and then just stand there staring and yelling at the referee, while both teams rush downcourt for the next play and he's the only one left back there, leaving his lakers in a 4 vs 5 defensive possession. That's plain selfish

So some aspects of the new rule are good, but I think they're pushing it a bit too far and over reacting.... I think basically the referees have been wanting this for a looong long time and now that they finally got it, they are having the times of their lives.
I'll bet you right now that Joey Crawford will by the end of the season have kicked out the most players of all the refs, lol, anyone remember when he booted Tim Duncan out the game and allegedly challenged him to a FIGHT ??? haha, he got suspended for it too

Garnett got kicked out the other night and what he did was so mild to what he usually does, he ended up just laughing it off and walking out. But damn, I wonder how many times Jordan would have been kicked out if these new rules were in when he played, he used to chew the refs up all day long

So would AI, spreewell, and rodman
