I was running FO3 at 60 on max settings with an overclocked GTX 460 and I was getting 30 FPS is NV which made no sense... then realized the graphics rendering was buggy as fuck in NV... This has already been fixed for FO3 but not NV.. retarded Bestheda!!
Anyway the fix worked for me, 60fps on max =) |
i dont have a /common folder in my Steam folder?
