When you're young these games can seem cute. But when you hit closer to mid 20's on forwards, that shit is just time wasting.
I'm not saying ditch her to ditch the drama. I'm saying be more straight-forward not only to her; but seriously to yourself as well.
Hit it if you can hit it. Take it if you can take it. If you can't (or unsure) just do it anyways to get at least the curiosity over with. You can always dump the girl if you don't find her to your liking later on down the road; or if she becomes too much trouble than she's worth.
and PS. just in case the last sentence doesn't sit well with someone - I already know I'm an asshole.
