I let one like this get away. She had a kid and is now super huge.
Your first step is to touch her a little more. Like arm around her and such. Get her into deep conversations about the little things of everyday life. Then say to her 'I wish I could have a girlfriend thats as easy to hang out with as you' ...but pause and smile looking in her eyes for about 10 or so seconds. Eye contact is important with a sentence like that.
this plants the seed.
If she still hangs around with you the next night, or is happy to see you the next time, its up to you to figure your way into the killzone.
