Whenever I boot up my computer my start bar and task bar are frozen. However, its not like my entire computer is frozen. I can still click and right click and select stuff on the desktop but once something opens up it would sorta become unclickable as well. It seems like an issue with the explorer.exe.

A temporary solution I found was to open up the task manager and everything would magically start working again. But really I don't want this to be a permenant solution

Edit: On Windows 7. and i fixed it with system restore heh thanks!
