Don't buy WoW accounts online, nearly all of them are either scams or will be banned within 24 hours after buying them. Blizzard's detective work is insane, they will most likely find the source of the sale and ban the account. Yes, buying through RS or buying off someone local/someone you know will be slightly safer... Yes, its possible for the person to retrieve his account back after he has made the sale. In the end, the account ultimately belongs to him. The account name, secret question, user name, and most of the personal information like birthdays and shit can't be changed. I learned from experience after playing the game semi-hard core, then selling my account and retrieving it back, and getting my account banned because of the sale.
