Ya I was like WTF.....so I wrote to there customer service asking if they could send another one....THey said they would fix it and apologized for the inconvience..... then they sent me a coupon for a free bag, any size or treats or case of canned food along with an apology letter!

Best customer service I have received in a LONG time!!!
