Its tough to want to learn, I'll admit it. I hate learning something when I know I could be having fun at the same time. Watching other people just go do something that looks so easy is discouraging. Its basic elementary really.

Either through a mountain or "otherwise" what you'll find is that the 3 of you will then be able to focus on the task at hand, laugh at the same time, and feel less discouraged when something amiss happens.

That could lead you to a super successful season, where you'll then realize that snowboarding/skiing is really worth the effort involved!

Once it becomes somewhat second nature for you, you'll want to go all the time, and then redirect your life around it. Move to whistler, party it up, sleep in your own puke......okay, maybe not that last bit, but its worth it!
