Why do you find it interesting? Everyone has their likes and dislikes. For instance, the owner of Yuji's Japanese Tapas hates shiitake mushrooms with a passion, one of the staple Japanese foods...I've never heard of a Japanese person that hates shiitake mushrooms before.

I will not eat oysters, mussels, cilantro, natto (fermented soy beans), pho, haggis, vegemite, okra, geoduck, sea urchin, alcoholic beverages, carbonated beverages and some others I can't remember atm.
