I'm not sure how it is in Canada but filing bankruptcy in the States doesn't get you out of paying restitution in a civil suit in most cases. I could live with $600/mo.

I don't remember what happens after that, but DrMike can sue him again, and make the $40K jump up to $80K+. Not including all the Lawyer fees that DrMike can make Anthony pay, as well as wage loss. IIRC.
